About FreeJournal |

FreeJournal is a started with a structure similar to the JournalSite. Where JournalSite provides simple features for self publication, FreeJournal periodically republishes selected articles from the Journalsite for better availability to the readers following the concept of LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe). FreeJournal also republishes some articles from TRIZsite journal and solutions. However, FreeJournal not only republishes old articles, it also publishes fresh articles contributed directly by authors. Authors who want to publish their articles on FreeJournal may either send their articles to umakant(at)trizsite(dot)tk through email or publish them directly on JournalSite and wait for a gap to appear that in FreeJournal. The goals and objectives of FreeJournal is the same as that of JournalSite writing a new introduction for FreeJournal. We believe that many people are so interested to write, but they have a problem in publishing. Publishers generally accept papers from established people. If a director of a Big company writes something, that is published immediately without any censure. But when a student or housewife writes, the publishers hesitate to publish. This scenario is frustrating for the growing writers. With the popularity of e-journals, the publication has become cheap, the circulation becomes wider, everyting good. But the poor writer still suffers. Most journals are so highly specialized that either you cannot write for them, or they will not accept from you. Many writers loose interest in writing. They have to give up this beautiful hobby. FreeJournal is a free journal as its name says. However, unlike JournalSite, FreeJournal does not support instant publication . The authors are requested to send their articles to umakant(at)trizsite(dot)tk to publish their articles in FreeJournal. This is a voluntary effort without any profit intention. I hope this will help authors of all fields and all categories, young and old, professional and novice, to publish their articles with ease. I made a survey of the difficulties faced by the authors and learnt that most authors or potential authors stop writing because of (i) lack of financial benefits and (ii) lack of scope of publication. While the first problem still remains, the FreeJournal intends to eliminate or reduce the second main problem - i.e., the problem of publication. The FreeJournal provides an open platform for every level of authors to show the magic of their pen. Happy writing...
